  • At this time, Moon Pie Designs ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Moon Pie Designs ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Processing times for individual products on our site may vary. Products on our site will indicate in the ?product description? if the estimated order processing time for that product is different than stated below. PLEASE NOTE: ORDERING PROCESSING TIME IS IN ADDITION TO SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME.

    Blank Products -1-2 Business Days - Typically blank products (products not personalized/imprinted) are shipped from their respective manufacturers in 1-2 business days and then shipping transit times depend on where you are located in relation to that particular manufacturer (anywhere from 2-5 business days).

    Personalized/Imprinted Products ? 2-7 Business Days - Shipping times are not included in the estimated order processing time. Typically personalized orders are processed in 2-5 business days and shipping transit times depend on where you are located in relation to that particular manufacturer. Please note, order processing times may vary depending on approval or proofs and if the personalized product you ordered is out of stock.

    All orders shipped from our office will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail services. Rush services are available; please contact us via email or by phone at 601-249-3981 to discuss rush delivery.

    Customers whose orders include an imprint will receive a proof via email within 3 business days that must be approved prior to the order being printed.
